I have been helping my friend Bill Ballard, who is a professional photographer, with some "yoga consulting" for a new project he is working on. In exchange, he offered to do a shoot of me doing my Ashtanga practice. These photos are the result - they are interesting for me to look at since I have never seen myself do yoga before. I can now tell where I need to work on my poses more! If you are looking for "proper alignment" in the poses, please only use these photos as a rough guide - my form is not exactly picture-perfect!
